Shipping
We utilize the Unites States Postal Service and calculate the cost based on the weight of the items and their destination. We will make every effort to send your package off within 1-4 business days of receiving payment depending on the complexity of your custom order. Shipments are delivered Monday through Saturday and you will be provided with a USPS tracking number to track your package.
Our Service Guarantee
Creating custom products online can be a little scary.
You don’t know if the products will arrive on time, or whether they will be what you expect. Most customized products are not guaranteed, but JZ Apparel wants to make sure that our customers are happy.
We create only high-quality products and deliver them on-time. The custom product that you receive will match what you entered online, or we will replace or refund your order. If the custom products you receive differ materially from your order, or are flawed in materials, then we will repair or replace them, and we will pay for the return shipping.
Returns
Due to our wide selection of rhinestone and shirt colors and styles, each of our rhinestone products is specially made-to-order per your specifications. As a result, there is a $10.00 re-stocking fee for all merchandise returns. All requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from receipt of the product.
However, if the product is custom or personalized with a name or other information, we cannot accept merchandise returns. Return shipping charges are not re-imburseable.
Returns will be credited to your original payment method less shipping and handling charges. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. You will be responsible for the shipping charges.
